         The Unified Operations Command Allied Forces, is the  United Federation of Planets' response to the ever changing challenges of maintaining peace and providing for the security of the Federation and it's allies, the Romulan Republic and the Klingon Empire. U.O.C.A.F, is a combined operations unit made up of tradtional forces from Starfleet, Romulan Republic Defense Forces and the Klingon Defense Force.   It's mission,  Assiting our allies in facing threats to their Security by Diplomatic or military means. To provide defense and sentient aid to allies and potenial allies.
