Subject: Uniform Guidelines
Effective this date to conform to current Starfleet guidlines all Starfleet personnel are to adopt the "Odyssey" Uniform currently issued by Starfleet command. The following notices for proper wear are as follows.
1. Piping for Officers and enlisted personnel below the rank of Captain Or Colonel is to be Silver
2. Captain/Colonel and above are to use Gold piping on uniform braid
3. Starship Commanders no matter Grade (Rank) are to wear white on shoulder portions of uniform jacket
4. Flag/General officers are to use Black shoulders
5. Each department is to use it's Color designator in shoulder "strip" in between Piping and on under shirts. Olive Drab green for Marines/Maco, Blue for Medical and Sciences, Gold/Mustard for Engineering and Operations, Red for Tactical/Security/Intelligence
6. Rest of uniform should be black in color to conform to standard issue uniforms from Starfleet Command.
7. Commbadges are to be Starfleet In Orgin, Style is up to Each Person's choice.
Off duty wear is approved when applicable, Working uniforms are at Each officer's discreation.

Regarding Fleet Holdings and there in character uses in RP
Holding: The Fleet Embassy on New Romulus
In Character Use: Headquarters Unified Operations Command Allied Forces, think of it as where the Admirals and Generals make policy and work out the day to say workings of the command. It's location is New Romulus in the Beta Quadrant
Holding: Fleet Starbase
In Character Use: Renaissance Station, This is the primary Support base for UOCAF, here ships are repaired, resupplied. Wounded personnel are treated in the Leonard McCoy Medical Center on the Station. It also acts as a trading station and jumping off point for Starships. This Station has the Primary Drydock Facilities of UOCAF. It is located in the Khitomere System of the Beta Quadrant.
Holding: Fleet Dilithium Mine
In Character Use: Starfleet Support Activity Camp Scott/Camp Hayes, This Facility is the primary Engineering Research Facility for UOCAF and the Primary Training Facilty for Special Operations Personnel. Basically it's home port for the Engineering Teams of the fleet and for the Special Forces Teams in the fleet. It is located in the Azure Nebula in the Beta Quadrant
